March 5, 2026, According to the Old Orchard Beach Police Department, at approximately 12:49 AM, Old Orchard Beach Police Officers conducting proactive traffic enforcement initiated a motor vehicle stop. Officers identified the vehicle operator as Joshua A. Poissant, 38, of Arundel, Maine. A subsequent investigation revealed that Poissant was currently on two sets of bail conditions. Officers requested that a K-9 respond to the location to conduct a drug sniff of the vehicle.
