December 6, 2025, Acoording to a press release from the Old Orchard Beach Police Department, On December 6, 2025, at approximately 1:13 PM, Old Orchard Beach Police Officers received information regarding a suspicious vehicle at a local business.

Officers responded and identified two of the occupants as Heidi M. Aldrich, 44 of Saco and Denise A. Cassette 45 of Saco, Maine.

A subsequent investigation led to the discovery of 33.3 grams of cocaine, 9.2 grams of cocaine base, and a significant amount of cash, resulting in both subjects being taken into custody.

Aldrich

Aldrich was charged with Unlawful Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs (Class B), while Cassette was charged with Unlawful Furnishing of Schedule W Drugs (Class C) and Unlawful Trafficking of Schedule W Drugs (Class B). Both individuals are currently being held at the York County Jail with bail set at $ 12,000.00.
