October 10, 2025, Haven't received your Tax Bill yet? You are not alone, but, it is NOT because of the City Staff.

The City of Biddeford mailed property tax bills to all residents last week. After receiving calls from residents who have not received the paper copy of their bill, city staff reached out to contacts at the U.S. Postal Service to investigate.

After looking into the matter, USPS informed the City that there are ongoing delays to mail service in Biddeford.

USPS are working diligently to improve the timeliness of mail deliveries, including bringing in extra crews for assistance.

While USPS works through this, the City Staff are encouraging residents to view, download, and pay their tax bills online at
