🚧BIDDEFORD | HILL STREET CONSTRUCTION WRAP UP

September 30, 2025 | Construction on Hill Street will wrap up this week, with paving between West Street and Fall Street taking place on Thursday, October 2 and Friday, October 3. To avoid travel delays, we ask that you please seek alternate routes around this area while work is underway.

Hill Street is expected to reopen on Friday afternoon. Once paving is complete, there will be no parking along the street to accommodate new bike lanes in both travel directions. Community members visiting St. Louis field will find a new parking lot with about 18 parking spaces for use during games and events.
