📰LYMAN | Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle

🗣ATTENTION COMMUTERS | DID YOU SEE A PEDESTRIAN GET HIT BY A VEHICLE TODAY?... was it in LYMAN?... If so, the York County Sheriff's Office needs your help!


According to the York County Sheriff's Office, At approximately 2 PM today, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the area of 2277 Alfred Road (Route 111) in Lyman because a vehicle had struck a pedestrian. Investigation revealed that Dominic Small, 28, of Lyman was walking East on Alfred Road when a red 2017 Ford Focus, operated by Ronald Pendelton, 37, of Old Orchard Beach stuck him.


Pendelton was also traveling east on the Alfred Road.


Dominic Small was transported by Goodwins Mills Rescue Unit to the Maine Medical Center in Portland but passed away while enroute.


The crash is being reconstructed by the Kennebunk Police Department, and the investigation is continuing.
