📰BIDDEFORD - Green Street | FEMALE RESTRAINED | Large Police Presence

Updated 7:00 A M (9/25/25): The individual has been identified as 21 year old Jaden Ashley Tucker of Westrbook. Tucker was booked on violating condition of release, assault, domestic violence assault, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, OUI, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force).

Developing story: According to several witnesses, at approximately 11:10 PM this evening, a large police and EMS presence was spotted in front of the apartment building at 25 Green Street (by the cross section of Wells Place).

Multiple Biddeford Police Officers were observed restraining a female in the road on her stomach. The Female was screaming loudly and using obscenities and explicit language towards the officers while being held.

After several minutes of the individual being restrained on the ground, the officers worked with the EMT's on scene to maneuver the female onto a stretcher. The female was then loaded into the ambulance for transport.

It is unclear what caused the situation at this time.
