Developing story: According to a witness, today at approximately 5:20 PM at the intersection of Porter Street and Foss Street, a bicyclist was truck by a UPS truck.
It was crazy. I was literally just doing my dishes, look up and out the window and see a UPS truck hit a person on a bike. -Biddeford Resident
The witness we spoke with said that the individual who was struck appeared responsive.
