📰BIDDEFORD | Family Alleges Multiple Attacks in Broad Daylight

October 17, 2025 - A Biddeford family is looking for answers after having what appears to be the same individual attack their home and vehicles in broad daylight not once, but twice within only 48 Hours.

Surveillance footage from the Biddeford residence on Thursday, October 9 at or around 2:30 PM, shows what appears to be a silver Chevy Cruz four door sedan, stop directly in front of the home in the middle of the roadway.

An individual that appears to be a young to middle aged white male, wearing a bright orange shirt, dark shorts, and white and dark colored baseball cap, can then be seen exiting from the driver's seat of the vehicle. The individual then proceeds to aggressively hurl three large stones at the home shattering two windows and denting the siding. The individual then walks back to their vehicle and drives away.

When this incident occurred, the father of the family was the only individual home. He was upstairs in his bedroom when he heard several loud bangs that he described as startling and sounding like “gun shots”. He then looked out the window and saw a car drive off. At this point he was unaware that his house had been vandalized and simply assumed something had occurred outside. It was not until several hours later when the mother of the house came home with a 1 and 7 year old, that they realized windows had been shattered and the house had been targeted.

As the family walked inside, it was the 7 year old daughter who noticed the “shiny stuff” on the ground by the house, prompting the Mother to see the damage. The family then reviewed the cameras and were shocked to have found an individual vandalizing their home in broad daylight… a home that is located only approximately two blocks (.2 miles) away from the Biddeford Police Department.

Following the event, the family reached out to the Police and shared the below footage with them.

Then, just 48 hours later at 2:30 PM on Saturday, October 11, surveillance footage from the same residence shows what appears to be the same vehicle arriving and once again proceeding to park in the middle of the roadway. 

An individual appearing to resemble the same individual from the footage 48 hours earlier, exits the vehicle wearing tan colored pants, a dark shirt and dark colored baseball cap. The individual then aggressively hurls a large stone through the rear window of one of the vehicles parked in the driveway of the home, shattering the window entirely. The individual then walks back to their vehicle and drives away.

Different then the incident just two days prior when the family was attacked, this time the entire family was home. The mother, father, and both the 1 and 7 year old children were all inside the house. The family heard a loud bang, looked out the window and saw what appeared to be the same vehicle and same individual drive off. 

In total shock, the family exited the home to find one of their vehicles' rear windows had been completely shattered by a rock. “There was glass everywhere.. On the ground, in the car, even in my 1 year olds car seat”, said the Mother.

The family once again reviewed the home surveillance footage shared below.

After sharing the footage of both instances with the Biddeford Police Department, the family alleges that the Police have expressed the sentiment that there is nothing they can do at this time; they currently have no way of tracking down the individual. 

In addition, it is noteworthy to again mention that the home being vandalized is located two blocks (.2 miles) away from the Biddeford Police Department. The family has also been in touch with the Biddeford High School Resource Officer in the event that the perpetrator is a student.

With that being said, the family is asking for the public's help in identifying the individual in the footage.
