City Clerk Robin Patterson swears in Stephen St. Cyr to serve as Councilor At-Large

Tonight, at the Biddeford City Council Meeting, Stephen St. Cyr was voted in unanimously to serve out the remaining term of the Councilor-at-Large seat (the seat made vacant by the resignation of Councilor Doris Ortiz).


St. Cyr served as Biddeford’s Ward 3 City Councilor from 2015 to 2021. He is a professional accountant with extensive experience in fiscal management and community service.


In addition, St. Cyr served for several years as the president of the Biddeford-Saco Chamber of Commerce and Industry board of directors.

He has continously been actively engaged in civic life and is committed to serving the community.


The term will expire in December 2025.
