*ELECTION DAY FOOD DRIVE!*

October 31, 2025, This Election Day, candidates are teaming up on a non- partisan community food drive.

A donation drop will be set up outside the entrance at Biddeford High School Tiger Gym (20 Maplewood Ave) from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM so voters can optionally contribute shelf-stable items

All donations go directly to the Biddeford Food Pantry for our neighbors in need.

Local need remains consistently high into late fall and early winter, when households face higher utility and heating costs and tighter budgets. That is true regardless of whether federal nutrition benefits (such as SNAP) are adjusted or extended on November 1. Even with continued benefits, seasonal pressures and higher food costs keep demand elevated—making shelf-stable donations especially important now.

Bring items to drop off on your way in to vote at Biddeford High School. Monetary donations will be accepted too — via the Biddeford Food Pantry website or the Youth Full Maine Venmo.

Visit linktr.ee/biddeford_food_drive for donation links and to view resources from our partners at Better Biddeford and Youth Full Maine. Better Biddeford is also partnering with Rift Arcade for an Election Night party from 7 to 9 and items can be brought there too.
