📰BIDDEFORD | ARREST MADE | 12 Active Warrants & Fentanyl
October 21, 2025, According to reports from the Biddeford Police Department, on October 20, 2025, at approximately 1:15 AM, officers conducted a pro-active traffic stop in downtown Biddeford. As a result, Daniel Melnick, 32, of Saco, was arrested on twelve (12) active warrants.
Melnick was also found to be in possession of multiple packages of suspected fentanyl, totaling over 7 grams.
Devin Nason, 29, of Saco, was found to be in possession of suspected cocaine and was on probation.
Both Melnick & Nason were charged accordingly & transported to York County Jail.
According to York County Jail, Melnick was released yesterday (10/20/25) on personal recognizance bail and Nason is still incarcerated as of 10:00 PM this evening (10/21/25).
