By Bobby Mills - November 2, 2025, We are on the brink of selecting a group of candidates here in Biddeford. On Tuesday, November 4th, we will elect a mayor, city council, and school committee for the next two years. This is an exciting time and an opportunity to bring about positive changes. It is crucial that you choose someone who aligns with your values and concerns.

If you are dissatisfied with the ongoing increases in taxes and sewer bills, it is time to take action. If you are frustrated with the disconnection and chaos that the city has exhibited over the past two years, it is time for a change. If you are unhappy with the lack of transparency and communication from the city over the past two years, it is time to make a change.

I have always been a City Council member who has been responsible for not only the ward I represented but also the entire city. It is time to stop making sweetheart deals with developers and instead listen to and heed the citizens’ desires and needs.

The citizens want lower taxes, reduced regulations, and less government waste. As a city, we cannot afford increasing spending while receiving less and less of everything. We are struggling to pay our taxes, grocery bills, medical bills, and mortgage or rent payments.

If you want change and to stop the flow of unnecessary spending and waste, I would appreciate your vote on Tuesday for the Ward 4 Biddeford City Council seat to bring about the necessary change.

Thank you for your support.

Bobby Mills.

Biddeford Ward 4 City Council candidate
