š°BIDDEFORD | Man on Bike Arrested
UPDATE: 48 year old David Bushnell of Biddeford was arrested and booked on the following 3 charges:
1) FAILURE TO PROVIDE CORRECT NAME & ADDRESS
2) OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION
3) REFUSING TO SUBMIT TO ARREST OR DETENTION, PHYSICAL FORCE
April 13, 2026, At approximately 11:05 PM on April 12, Biddeford Police Department apprehended a male individual riding a bicycle in the area of Elm and Cutts.
The individual on the bike was observed entering Rent-A-Center parking lot and then quickly being approached by several police officers.
After dismounting from his bicycle, the male was observed screaming loudly at officers and using vulgar language.
Officers conducted a search of the individual and then placed him under arrest.
