Mark your calendar for these upcoming dates at the Biddeford Recycling Center, located at 371 Hill Street!

Wednesday, October 22 - Saturday, November 1, 2025: Residents of Biddeford only (no contractors) can dispose of Demolition Debris free of charge during our regular business hours. Acceptable debris includes, but is not limited to: plumbing fixtures, carpeting, lumber, vinyl, ceiling tiles, insulation, etc. Sheetrock, roofing paper, and shingles cannot be accepted. Debris must be cut into three-foot lengths.

Sunday, November 9 and Sunday, November 16, 2025: The Recycling Center will be open from 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM to accommodate fall yard cleanup.

Curbside Leaf Collection Dates

Free curbside leaf collection for Biddeford residents will take place on Mondays this fall based on Ward. Wards 1, 2, 3, and 4 can place bags of leaves at the curb for pickup on November 3 and 17, while Wards 5, 6, and 7 can do so on November 10 and November 24.

Leaves must be placed in biodegradable bags, which can be purchased at the Biddeford Recycling Center and other local stores. Leaves that are placed in plastic bags, trash bins, or other containers will not be picked up.

Leaves can also be brought to the Biddeford Recycling Center during regular operating hours for free disposal. In addition to our regular schedule, the Recycling Center will be open on Sunday, November 9 and Sunday, November 16 from 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM.
