February 13, 2026, The Biddeford City Council is inviting residents to attend upcoming Ward Meetings this February and March to discuss neighborhood priorities, community concerns, and the future of recreation in the city.

Hosted by individual councilors in venues located within or near each Ward, the meetings are designed to provide residents with an opportunity for open dialogue and direct engagement with their elected officials. Recreation Department staff from the City of Biddeford will also be present to gather feedback on the use of the $6 million General Obligation Bond approved by voters in November 2025 to fund improvements to the City’s recreation facilities.

Community input collected at these meetings will help inform upcoming decisions about recreation investments and neighborhood priorities.
