February 12, 206, According to a press release from the Biddeford Police Department, On February 1, 2026, the Biddeford Regional Communications Center received a phone call reporting that there was a physical altercation going on inside a residence on Hill Street with screaming heard.
The individual involved was identified as Wayne Roberts, 54, of Biddeford. The other involved individual was a protected party in a set of bail conditions belonging to Mr. Roberts from a previous domestic violence arrest. Mr. Roberts would not answer the door when officers arrived.
With quick thinking by the officers on scene, a Biddeford Police officer was able to obtain a search warrant for the residence. With safety and efficiency, officers executed the search warrant and located Mr. Roberts in direct violation of his bail conditions. Mr. Roberts refused to submit to arrest or detention. The victim was located unharmed.
