April 3, 2026, According to officials, Residents seeking affordable housing opportunities in Biddeford are now able to submit their application to live at the nearly completed Adams Point project located at 69 Adams Street.
The attached announcement reads, "Be one of the first to live in our brand new 39-unit affordable housing residential community."
The flyer goes on to state, "Now Accepting Applications for 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Units", and also provides the rental rates listed below:
1&2 Bedroom Affordable Units will be priced at:
-1BR Rent starting at $1,203
-2BR Rent starting at $1,444
1,2&3 Bedroom Project-Based Voucher Units: -Tenant Rent is 30% of Adjusted Household Income
In addition, the rental flyer also lists the following features to be included with the units:
* Heat, Hot Water, and Electricity Included
* 24-Hour Emergency Maintenance
* Community Room * Elevator in Building
* Laundry Facilities On-Site
* Bike Storage
* Smoke-Free Building/Property

PETS - One pet per unit will be permitted, limited to a cat, dog (size & weight limit applies), bird or 10 gallon tank with fish.
