October 21, 2025, Reminder from the City of Biddeford, absentee ballots are now available for the November 4, 2025 Election.

You can request an absentee ballot online at https://apps.web.maine.gov/cgi-bin/online/AbsenteeBallot/index.pl, by phone at 207-571-1662, or in person in the City Clerk’s Office during business hours. Absentee ballot requests must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 unless special circumstances exist.
Absentee ballots must be returned by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Until 5:00 p.m. on Election Day, you can return your ballot by mail with required postage, by delivering it to the City Clerk's Office during normal business hours, or by using the secure drop box for absentee ballots near the back stairs of City Hall. Between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, ballots must be returned to the polling place at the Biddeford High School Tiger Gym.
Biddeford Voters will elect a Mayor, two Councilors-at-Large, Councilors by Ward, seven at-large School Committee seats, and Warden/Ward Clerks by Ward. Voters will also weigh in on three municipal referendum questions and two state referendum questions.
