February 27, 2026, According to reports, a man was allegedly bit in the face by a dog earlier today inside Seeds of Hope Neighborhood Center. Multiple witnesses allege an individual, (who we will refer to as male #1) who frequents SOH, entered the building and appeared "high on drugs".
