June 15, 2026 (1:05PM), According to both the Scarborough, Maine Fire Department and Scarborough Maine Police Department, US Route 1 is CLOSED in both directions between Pine Point Road and Old Blue Point Road due to a motor vehicle accident.
According to several bystanders, the closure spans the areas of Dairy Corner and Chaba Thai Cusine.
Please avoid the area, and seek an alternate route.
