At tonight's Council Meeting Mayor Marty Grohman's attempt to remove Current Planning Board member Roch Angers was an immediate failure.
The City of Biddeford Government City Council rejected the attempt with the motion not recieveing a 2nd which is required for it to be voted on. Without any Councilor willing to 2nd, the motion died.
Roch Angers stays.
