📰BIDDEFORD | ICE RAID, DRUG BUST, OR?

November 9, 2025, Early this morning we recieved reports from multiple residents of a heavy police presence on or near Granite Street by Atlantic Avenue.

Reports of the incident included the alleged presence of police cruisers, emergency vehicles, K-9 Units, incident command and "army style vehicles".

Individuals also alleged that the area was blocked off from the public exiting or entering the area.

Upon further investigation we have confirmed the Arrests of both Harley Winchenbach (11/29/82) and Nacole Darling (2/13/86).

Winchenbach was arrested on a warrant from Knox County Jail with no bail and Violation of Condition of Release.

Darling was aresseted on charge of Violation Condition of Release and is also cited as having no bail.

Both are scheduled to appear in court at the York County Superior Court tomorrow morning via Zoom.

Following court, Winchenbach will most likely be sent directly to Knox County for prior convictions.

So now the big question - why such a big presence? Was ICE there? Everything stated above is 100% confirmed; the below is as of now and or allegedly.

As of now, we have had no confirmation of the presence of ICE. We can not answer "why such a big presence" for certain, however, we have recieved information depicting the following alleged series of events which may explain why:

Winchenbach has a long history with the law. He has served time and has been cited in various parts of Maine for crimes including drugs, etc.

Allegedly, meaning we can not yet confirm this, it is reported that intially, an individual was pulled over late last night (possibly early morning) who fled. Their is reports the individual may have given a fake name when pulled over and fleeing.

Allegedly, the individual that was pulled over, lied about their name and fled, was Winchenbach.

Allegedly, upon fleeing, police realized who the individual was, his past and current warrants, and out of an abundance of caution, took the approach they did this morning to ensure his capture and the safety of the community.

PLEASE NOTE, THE PEOPLE AND ARESSTS ARE 100% CONFIRMED. The reason for why the large presence is speculated and awaiting final confirmation.
