According to reports from the York County Sheriff's Office, On Saturday, October 11th, at 6:00 pm, Deputy Justin Titcomb of the York County Sheriff's Office was conducting routine traffic enforcement on the Portand Rd. (Rt. 1) in Arundel, when he observed a motorcycle traveling northbound at a high rate of speed.
Deputy Titcomb clocked the motorcycle at 114 mph in a marked 40 mph zone.
Deputy Titcomb stopped the motorcycle and arrested the operator, Joshua Uriah Farseer (29 years old from Biddeford), for Criminal Speed and Driving to Endanger.
Farseer was transported to the York County Jail, where he posted $200.00 cash bail and was released.
He will make his next court appearance on December 23, 2025, at the York Judicial Center in Biddeford.
